We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, and driving client success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and expand our client base within the region.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor compelling consulting solutions that address client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close complex consulting engagements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and influence decision-making.
