Job Role

We are looking for a Healthcare Appointment Planner to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a vital part of our Voicer Agent team, you will focus on scheduling appointments, ensuring seamless interactions between patients and our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and confidentiality, while upholding high standards of professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling: Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  2. Patient Communication: Communicate with patients in a clear and empathetic manner, addressing their concerns and questions
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and scheduling activities
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
