We are seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a key member of our Voicer Agent team, you will play a critical role in managing patient interactions, focusing on scheduling appointments with compassion and attention to detail. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service while adhering to privacy and healthcare compliance standards.

1. Patient Interactions: Manage patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
2. Scheduling: Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and confidential information
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
