OBJETIVO

Gestionar las operaciones diarias del Call Center, incluida la previsión, la programación, la inducción y orientación de los representantes, el monitoreo y la generación de reportes de todas las interacciones con los clientes buscando siempre elevar el nivel de experiencia de servicio que estos perciben gracias a la colaboración interna lograda entorno al desarrollo de los procesos operativos fundamentales.

REQUISITOS

-Manejo de inglés intermedio

COMPETENCIAS, DESTREZAS Y HABILIDADES

-Capacidad de aprendizaje ágil
-Habilidades de negociación y persuasión
-Comunicación asertiva oral y escrita.
-Habilidades técnicas (Planificación, Gestión, Informe)
-Empatía y excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
