Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Santo Domingo. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and ensuring financial compliance in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing data to support strategic decisions, managing cash flow, and collaborating with leadership on fiscal strategies to optimize growth and efficiency. The role also involves guiding a team and ensuring accuracy in financial procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and financial laws
  • Competency in financial tools and software applications
  • Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
  • Experience in the food or manufacturing industry is an advantage
