IT Business Applications Manager
para liderar la gestión y mejora continua de nuestras aplicaciones de negocio (ERP, CRM, sistemas financieros, etc.). Será responsable del ciclo completo de las aplicaciones, la supervisión del equipo de soporte (N2/N3) y la coordinación con las áreas del negocio y el equipo de desarrollo.
Responsabilidades
- Administrar y optimizar las aplicaciones de negocio.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de analistas y especialistas.
- Atender incidentes avanzados y realizar análisis de causa raíz.
- Levantar requerimientos y coordinar cambios/mejoras.
- Supervisar pruebas y asegurar la calidad de las soluciones.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Administración o afines.
- 5+ años de experiencia en soporte o gestión de aplicaciones.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Conocimiento en ERP, CRM, automatización y análisis.
- Deseable: certificaciones en Salesforce, PMP o ITIL.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas.
Condiciones
- Modalidad presencial o híbrida.
- Disponibilidad ocasional para incidencias fuera de horario.
