Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Development Representative at Ensurity Group Inc. The role involves generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, building client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in sales. The Sales Development Representative will work to support the sales team by nurturing prospects and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships effectively
Proficiency in Sales techniques and Business Development strategies
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets
Proficiency with CRM tools and technology is a plus
Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required
English required
