Marketing Intern
que se una a nuestro equipo como parte de su práctica profesional universitaria para aportar ideas frescas, apoyar en activaciones clave y vivir de cerca el universo Bacardí.

Durante este tiempo, tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar con nuestros equipos locales en proyectos reales, fortalecer tu visión estratégica y aprender cómo una marca global cobra vida desde el corazón del Caribe.

¿Qué harás en esta pasantía?

Serás parte activa del equipo de Marketing

• Apoyarás en la ejecución de activaciones y eventos de marca en distintos puntos de contacto.
• Darás soporte en la implementación de campañas, desde la planificación hasta el seguimiento en campo.
• Colaborarás con agencias, proveedores y otros equipos internos para asegurar que todo salga con el toque Bacardí.

Conocerás de cerca el On Trade y Off Trade

• Acompañarás visitas a bares, restaurantes y puntos de venta clave.
• Ayudarás a evaluar cómo se ve y siente la marca en esos espacios y cómo podemos mejorar su presencia.

Aprenderás haciendo

• Participarás en sesiones de equipo, presentaciones y análisis de tendencias.
• Contribuirás con ideas, creatividad y ganas de hacer las cosas bien.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Estás cursando tus últimos años de Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o carreras afines.

Tienes interés genuino en las marcas y su conexión con las personas.

Eres curioso(a), proactivo(a) y te gusta aprender haciendo.

Te desenvuelves bien trabajando en equipo y en un entorno dinámico.

Disponibilidad para colaborar con el equipo tiempo completo (L-V)

Período mínimo de 6 meses
