Position Details

The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of an ERP implementation as well as other key initiatives. This role manages project timelines, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, assigns and tracks tasks, and supports continuous process improvement across technology projects. The Enterprise Project Manager works closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

•  Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects and other technology initiatives from initiation through completion

•    Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders

•    Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations

•    Monitor project progress against plans, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

•    Serve as the primary liaison for ERP and technology vendors, managing contracts, deliverables, and performance while coordinating their activities with internal teams to ensure alignment and clear responsibilities.

•    Assign and oversee tasks for internal teams and partners, ensuring clear priorities and deadlines while tracking progress and driving timely completion.

•    Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications

•    Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership and project stakeholders

•    Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project decisions in alignment with business priorities

•    Ensure data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness activities are planned and executed effectively

•    Support change management efforts, including communication, training coordination, and user adoption activities

•    Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, workflows, and project delivery practices across the organization
