What are we looking for?
We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us build an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, performance, and growth, while ensuring a consistent and meaningful employee experience across our organization.
This position is based in Santo Domingo, DN and will act as the primary on-site contact for day-to-day People & Culture needs, supporting both local and remote employees. Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:- Serve as the main People & Culture contact for local and remote employees, supporting HR needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
- Administer HR systems and ensure compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies.
- Support office operations and workplace logistics, helping create an organized and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, learning initiatives, and training documentation.
- Execute engagement programs, employee surveys, and wellness or recognition activities.
- Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, announcements, and employee spotlights.
- Prepare compensation reports, salary benchmarking data, and people analytics dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring processes and employer branding efforts.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Dominican labor law and local employment procedures.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and manage multiple priorities.
- A people-first mindset and genuine interest in fostering engagement and growth.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
