About the role:
We're looking for a Global VP of People & Culture who builds culture like an operator, not an HR manager. Our company spans 7 sites in 4 countries — the U.S., Dominican Republic, Mexico, and India — with teams that thrive on speed, accountability, and performance.
This role is about multiplying leadership capacity, building scalable people systems, and making culture operational. If you believe culture is something you measure, design, and reinforce through process, you'll fit right in.
You Will:
- Architect a global people operating system that connects culture, leadership, and performance across all sites.
- Develop leaders faster than we grow headcount through structured coaching, training, and feedback loops.
- Align people operations with business execution — hiring, onboarding, and retention tied to output and KPIs.
- Build cultural rituals and scorecards that make our values visible and measurable in daily behavior.
- Design and run global programs: leadership development, internal mobility, performance management, and engagement.
- Oversee people analytics, building dashboards that track leadership density, turnover, and development velocity.
- Partner directly with Operations, Finance, and Tech to keep the org agile, efficient, and accountable.
Requirements
You Bring:
- 5-10+ years in People, Culture, or Operations roles within multi-site or multinational environments.
- Experience scaling teams of 300+ across geographies with measurable cultural or operational transformation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable tying people metrics to productivity, retention, and growth.
- Strong communication skills — able to write, present, and inspire across levels and cultures.
- Hands-on experience implementing or improving HR tech, but belief that systems don't build culture — leaders do.
- Comfortable being in the field: you'll travel quarterly to major sites.
