Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Processing Specialist located in Santo Domingo. The Order Processing Specialist will manage purchase orders, sales order processing, and overall order management. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order lifecycle, maintaining records, coordinating with relevant teams, and resolving order discrepancies. Effective communication with teams and stakeholders is a vital part of this role to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Management
- Proficiency in Order Processing, with a strong focus on operational accuracy and efficiency
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in relevant order management software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
