Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Punta Cana for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Groups Sales Manager. The MICE Groups Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing sales strategies to drive group bookings and events. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Exceptional customer service and the ability to meet sales targets are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills
  • Experience in Group sales is reqired.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and budgeting
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, specifically MICE services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior experience in a related role or within the hospitality industry is a must
