Mechanical Technician – Automotive

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician – Automotive with hands-on riveting and adhesive bonding experience, especially on aluminum body structures.

Salary:
USD2500/PhP150,000 + board/lodging + benefits

Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

This role is for technicians who can work immediately on structural repairs—we do NOT do training.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Vocational training or certification in Automotive Servicing (Engine Repair / NC II preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience in riveting & adhesive bonding repairs
  • Experience in structural / collision repair (aluminum panels, reinforcements, body structure)
  • Familiar with OEM repair standards (premium or multibrand bodyshop experience accepted)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to undergo technical interview and skills validation

Preferred (Strong Advantage):

  • Experience in luxury or European vehicles (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.)
  • Worked in certified or high-standard bodyshops
  • Experience using OEM-approved tools and adhesives
