Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Processing Specialist located in Santiago de los Caballeros. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, overseeing sales order processing, and coordinating order management. The role involves reviewing customer requests, ensuring the accuracy of transactions, and maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams and clients. It also includes providing support to maintain smooth workflow and error-free processing throughout the order cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Sales Order Processing, and Order Management
  • Strong skills in Order Processing with attention to accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to handle high workloads and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to order management
  • Previous experience in order processing or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
