Job Summary:

The Contract and Configuration Analyst is responsible

for analyzing and configuring contracts according to company policy. Assign or remove access according to security standards, privacy and regulations established with customers. Cancellation Contract Process

Analyze and perform all types of customer audits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Review and analyze contracts to ensure that all terms and conditions are accurately represented and meet the company policies.


• Configure contracts, assign, or remove access for each product or service according to the contract in the customer management application.


• Receive, analyze and process cancellations of products or services according to company policy.


• Complete the account disconnection process due to non-payment and carry out the reconnections based on customers' payment history, at the request of the Collection Department.


• Works together with the Compliance Department on temporary access for vendors out of contract under audit.


• Work closely with key stakeholders to resolve operational issues in specified time frames related to clients' contracts.


• Track issues identified by Revenue Cycle and other stakeholders, where system is unable to be set up correctly to administer language correctly. In collaboration with key stakeholders, develop correction action plan.


• Compile data for billing insurers and vendors in Power Business Intelligence (PBI); creates journal in the accounts receivable module and/or codes the revenue according to the established processes and controls.


• Responsible for preparing and posting journal entries to the accounts receivable module and coding customer revenues according to established internal processes and controls.


• Ensure downstream departments impacted have been notified during the implementation of the executed agreements.


• Analyze and perform all types of customer audits.


• Comply with other assigned tasks or projects, according to the departmental and / or company needs.

Educational and Experience Requirements

·       BBA in Accounting or similar field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience may be considered.


• Proven experience understanding contract's legal and regulatory requirements in the US healthcare industry preferred.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

• Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.


• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to internal and external groups.


• Results driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.


• Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail and be flexible in a fast paced and growing organization.


• Strong organizational and analytical skills.


• Proficient in MS Excel.


• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
