Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network and Cybersecurity Operation Analyst, located in Santo Domingo with some work-from-home flexibility. The Network and Cybersecurity Operation Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring network security, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to cybersecurity threats. Additional responsibilities will include troubleshooting network issues, optimizing network performance, and supporting operational processes to ensure efficient and secure computer network operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Computer Network Operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting network and system issues
  • Expertise in Network Security and the ability to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Ability to connect with the business values and high regulated industry
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and protocols is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as NSE1, NSE2, CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
