The Product Manager is responsible for driving the visibility, sales growth, and profitability of Chai Vision's Amazon product portfolio across both Seller and Vendor Central. This role ensures product listings are optimized, advertising campaigns are effective, and all operational processes—from forecasting to promotions—are executed efficiently. By using data-driven insights and collaborating across teams, the Product Manager supports Chai Vision's goal of achieving sustainable growth through operational excellence and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor daily sales and performance metrics through Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Power BI.

● Identify and resolve issues impacting sales performance or product visibility.

● Optimize listings, images, and content in collaboration with the Creative team.

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluations to refine strategy.

● Partner with the PPC team to review and optimize campaign performance.

● Manage pricing, promotions, and coupons aligned with inventory levels and market

trends.

● Oversee inventory forecasting, purchase order planning, and stock replenishment.

● Review P&L reports to maintain a minimum 25% profit margin per product.

● Lead new product launches, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

● Track performance metrics including ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central accounts.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Power BI and Helium 10.

● Proven success managing PPC campaigns and optimizing listings for conversions.

● Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
