The Home Care / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personalized support and attention to clients and patients who require home care services. The main role is to ensure a satisfactory experience by addressing requests, managing services, coordinating appointments, and offering effective solutions with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to home care service requests.
- Coordinate appointments, visits, and services between patients, families, and care staff.
- Record and update relevant information in the internal system or client files.
- Provide timely follow-up on open cases, ensuring proper resolution of needs.
- Guide clients on available services, processes, and requirements.
- Manage complaints or delicate situations with tact, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical degree
- English B2-C1
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the healthcare sector (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with clients in sensitive or vulnerable situations.
- Proficiency with computer tools and management platforms.
- Strong service orientation, empathy, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
