The Home Care / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing personalized support and attention to clients and patients who require home care services. The main role is to ensure a satisfactory experience by addressing requests, managing services, coordinating appointments, and offering effective solutions with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to home care service requests.
  • Coordinate appointments, visits, and services between patients, families, and care staff.
  • Record and update relevant information in the internal system or client files.
  • Provide timely follow-up on open cases, ensuring proper resolution of needs.
  • Guide clients on available services, processes, and requirements.
  • Manage complaints or delicate situations with tact, empathy, and a solution-focused approach.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical degree
  • English B2-C1
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the healthcare sector (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with clients in sensitive or vulnerable situations.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and management platforms.
  • Strong service orientation, empathy, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
