Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organization.
  • Cultivate a close working relationship with Training Director, Training department personnel, Operations, and other CCD managers, supervisors and specialist.
  • Coordinate with the Quality and Operations teams on consistency issues. This position is responsible for cultivating client and departmental relationships resulting in reduced cost, continual performance improvement, and increased revenue.
  • Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve the Organization and themselves.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in Business Administration or similar areas.
  • Extensive experience in training material knowledge or trainer roles

  • Advanced Intermediate English
  • Ability to travel locally and abroad
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial role (preferably added 3+ years of trainer experience and/or 1+ year in content development experience)
