Position Overview

An established international travel agency is seeking a Travel Planning Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support in the coordination of travel arrangements for clients.

This position focuses on organization, documentation, and professional communication throughout the travel planning process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating travel reservations including hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

  • Collect and organize client travel information

  • Support booking workflows and required documentation

  • Communicate with clients regarding travel details and logistics

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Basic computer and internet proficiency

  • Prior experience in travel or hospitality is a plus but not required

Agencia de viajes internacional y establecida busca un/a Travel Planning Coordinator para brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo en la coordinación de viajes para clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar la coordinación de reservas de viajes, incluyendo hoteles, cruceros y paquetes vacacionales

  • Recopilar y organizar información de viaje de los clientes

  • Asistir en los procesos de reserva y documentación requerida

  • Comunicarse con los clientes para confirmar detalles y logística del viaje

  • Mantener registros precisos y organizados

Requisitos

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y de forma independiente

  • Organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle

  • Manejo básico de computadora e internet

  • Experiencia previa en turismo u hospitalidad es valorada, pero no obligatoria
