We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the recruitment team by structuring, analyzing, and visualizing data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and drive informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve near real-time data
from diverse sources (e.g., TR, Excel, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) for analysis. - Create actionable reports
and dashboards, ideally using
Power BI
, for daily and weekly consumption. - Use data and metrics to
evaluate recruitment strategy effectiveness
and craft compelling narratives. - Support
data visualization
through graphs, infographics, and other visual tools. - Assist in structuring large datasets to
extract meaningful insights
. - Develop presentations and reports based on data-driven findings and recommendations.
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in retrieving and working with data from multiple sources.
- Strong experience in
report creation and data visualization
(Power BI preferred). - Ability to structure large datasets and extract insights.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable findings.
- Advanced English.
- Must live in SANTO DOMINGO.
