Gerente de Marketing Digital y Performance
Requisitos
- 3+ años de experiencia previa en marketing digital o performance marketing.
- Manejo de plataformas publicitarias y de analítica (GA4, Looker, CRM, Firebase).
- Conocimiento sólido de métricas digitales y optimización.
- Habilidades de comunicación, análisis y gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos múltiples y bajo objetivos.
- Creatividad orientada a resultados y disposición a aprender continuamente.
Objetivo del Puesto
- Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias digitales enfocadas en adquisición y activación yento, gestionando campañas, analítica y contenido para mejorar resultados de negocio.
Responsabilidades principales
- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas digitales en Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube y otros canales.
- Desarrollar estrategias de segmentación, audiencias y funnels de conversión.
- Analizar métricas clave (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversiones, ROAS, LTV) y generar reportes de desempeño.
- Administrar presupuestos digitales y proponer mejoras basadas en data.
- Trabajar con equipos internos (data, comercial, diseño, CRM) para impulsar objetivos comunes.
- Implementar pruebas A/B en anuncios, landing pages y mensajes.
- Supervisar la producción de contenidos, piezas y copywriting.
- Apoyar la construcción de journeys y estrategias de retención/CRM.
Deseables
- Conocimiento en automatizaciones, journeys y herramientas de retención/CRM.
- Experiencia en SEO, email marketing o marketing automation.
- Experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Conocimiento básico de diseño o edición.
