You will provide friendly, professional, confident, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.

What are your responsibilities:Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggagePreparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are metInteracting with customers in a kind and useful manner is key to crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedicationStepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customerWorking each and every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent certificateMinimum of 18 years oldExcellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and SpanishComfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologiesPhysical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well lift and handle baggageAbility to travel to other countries for training purposesAbility to work ANY shift that is assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation which can include late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidayLegally authorized to work in Dominican Republic without sponsorshipAbility to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standardsAbility to obtain a valid US VisaPreferred Qualifications:
Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experienceBachelor's degreeHold a valid passport and US Visa
