Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing
    high-volume, fast-scalable recruitment operations
    .
  • Strong background in
    onsite hiring optimization
    and operational recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing recruitment process improvements.
  • High-impact leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through KPIs and data.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams through growth and transformation.
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Adm, Psychology or Marketing.
  • High-intermediate level of English, both written and spoken

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring hiring goals are consistently met week over week.
  • Design and execute
    fast, scalable recruitment strategies
    to support organizational growth.
  • Drive continuous improvements in
    candidate experience
    , reducing application processing time and strengthening
    onsite hiring efficiency
    .
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of hiring procedures, identify gaps, and implement data-driven action plans to improve effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks impacting recruiting output and implement cross-functional process improvements aligned with global company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics including: Conversion Rate, Start Rate, Offer Conversion Rate and 30-Day Attrition.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, identifying performance outliers and implementing tailored action plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Recruitment Manager to ensure recruitment budgets align with incentives, salaries, bonuses, overtime, and overall spending targets.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment technologies, ATS enhancements, automation tools, and process innovation to improve quality, speed, and scalability.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: RD$80, RD$115,000.00
  • 15% Incentive based on monthly salary to be paid quaterly after 90 days.
