About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead, optimize, and scale the full recruitment cycle across VoiceTeam. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, developing effective hiring strategies, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and partnering closely with leadership to support workforce planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and manage sourcing plans to build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting performance targets and supporting professional growth.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across screening, interviewing, testing, and selection processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (fill rate, time-to-fill, hiring quality, cost per hire) and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and talent market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • English Level:
    B2, Upper intermediate.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and labor regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contact center or high volume recruitment environments.
  • Certification in Talent Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience working in fast paced, service oriented organizations.
