We are looking for a
Health Service Agent
to join our
call center specialized in health services
.


Requirements:

  • Medical student (preferred).
  • English level (B2 - C1)
  • Nurses or professionals with training in the healthcare field.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare service processes.
  • Strong phone handling skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and active listening.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls related to health services.
  • Provide clear and accurate guidance to patients and users.
  • Record and route information according to established protocols.
  • Support administrative processes within the medical area.
