About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing, creator-led content operation operating at the intersection of performance marketing and social media. The company focuses on producing high-volume, repeatable creator content distributed across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on execution quality, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes.
Role OverviewThe Content Creators & Influencers Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining a reliable pipeline of CPM-based creators. This role owns sourcing, outreach, screening, and activation, ensuring creators move smoothly from interest to production.
This is a hands-on recruiting role suited for someone with strong sourcing instincts, sales-minded follow-up, and a bias toward reliability over volume. The role is primarily async and operational, with occasional calls to clarify expectations or answer creator questions.
Your Impact:- Ensure a steady inflow of reliable CPM creators
- Improve activation rates and reduce mid-funnel drop-off
- Maintain a clean, transparent recruiting pipeline
- Positively influence creator retention through better upfront screening
Creator Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
- Own end-to-end sourcing of CPM creators across multiple channels
- Proactively source through job boards, online communities, and social platforms
- Maintain consistent weekly sourcing volume
- Test and experiment with new sourcing channels over time.
Outreach, Screening & Activation
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and expectation-setting with candidates
- Screen creators for reliability, communication, and CPM-fit
- Activate creators efficiently and reduce drop-off between stages
- Occasionally hop on calls with candidates when clarification is needed
- Coordinate clean handoff to creator management once creators are live.
Recruiting Operations & Tracking
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking across all recruiting stages
- Monitor funnel health from applicant → activation → first content shipped
- Build lightweight qualification and follow-up systems
- Ensure leadership has visibility into recruiting progress.
Optimization & Reporting
- Identify sourcing channels that deliver the highest-quality creators
- Use creator success examples to improve recruiting conversion
- Provide regular updates on pipeline volume, activations, and retention checkpoints
Must-Haves
- Prior recruitment experience sourcing influencers or content creators
- Strong written English communication
- Decent spoken English for occasional calls
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage a recruiting pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Comfortable explaining CPM-based or performance-based work clearly
- Strong bias toward reliability and filtering out low-commitment candidates
- Sales instincts and ability to prioritize high-quality creators over volume
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience recruiting creators, editors, or gig-based talent
- Familiarity with creator sourcing channels (e.g. Reddit, Facebook groups, creator job boards)
- Experience with performance-based or output-based compensation models

- Discord (used during the first 3 months of onboarding before migrating to internal systems)
