Consultor/a Técnico
con fuerte enfoque
técnico–operativo (hands-on)
para un proyecto estratégico con
Mastercard
, orientado a la implementación y estabilización de soluciones de
medios de pago y tarjetas
dentro de un banco.

procesamiento de tarjetas, integraciones técnicas y trabajo con procesadores como TSYS

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA DESEADA

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en
    Sistemas Computacionales, Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones
    o carrera afín.
  • Deseable cursos o certificaciones en
    medios de pago, integraciones bancarias o sistemas de procesamiento de tarjetas
    .

EXPERIENCIA LABORAL DESEADA

3 a 5 años de experienci
a en roles
técnico–operativos
en el sector financiero o tecnológico, como:

  • Consultor Técnico
  • Especialista de Implementación
  • Analista de Integración
  • Especialista en Medios de Pago

  • Experiencia directa en proyectos de
    tarjetas y medios de pago
    (crédito, débito, prepago, adquirencia, e-commerce, wallets).

  • Experiencia con
    procesadores de tarjetas
    (idealmente
    TSYS
    , otros también valorados).

  • Experiencia en integración con
    core bancario, canales digitales y APIs
    .
  • Experiencia con
    esquemas internacionales
    (Mastercard, Visa u otros) es un plus.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

  • Procesamiento de transacciones de tarjetas:
    autorizaciones, reversos, ajustes, conciliaciones y ciclos de facturación
    .
  • Deseable experiencia con
    TSYS
    (parametrización de productos, reglas, tablas y catálogos).
  • Conocimiento de estándares y conceptos clave:
  • ISO 8583, EMV, tokenización, 3DS, BIN tables, MCC
    .
  • Integración de soluciones de
    tokenización y digitalización Mastercard
    .
  • Integración de sistemas mediante
    APIs REST/SOAP, JSON, XML
    (colas de mensajería deseable).
  • Conocimientos básicos/intermedios de
    seguridad en APIs
    (OAuth2, certificados, cifrado en tránsito).
  • Uso de herramientas de
    documentación técnica
    y gestión de incidencias (Jira, ServiceNow o similares).

HABILIDADES Y COMPETENCIAS

  • Perfil
    técnico–operativo, hands-on
    , sin enfoque gerencial.
  • Capacidad para traducir requerimientos de negocio en
    especificaciones técnicas claras
    .
  • Habilidad para explicar flujos complejos a
    equipos no técnicos
    .
  • Alto nivel de
    orden, documentación y trazabilidad
    .
  • Trabajo coordinado con un
    Program Manager
    , respetando la gobernanza del proyecto.
  • Proactividad para identificar riesgos técnicos y cerrar temas
    end-to-end
    .
  • Trabajo colaborativo con equipos de TI, Operaciones, Riesgos, Producto, Mastercard y procesador.


DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Liderar, desde una perspectiva técnico–operativa (no gerencial), la implementación de soluciones de pago en el banco, asegurando su correcta integración con el procesador (idealmente TSYS), el core bancario y los canales digitales, cumpliendo los lineamientos técnicos y operativos de Mastercard y trabajando en estrecha coordinación con un Program Manager.
