Objetivo del Puesto
Coordinar y supervisar los servicios generales, garantizando un ambiente óptimo y eficiente, a través de la gestión efectiva del mantenimiento, limpieza, compras de suministros, supervisión de equipo de trabajo, detectando necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones oportunas a las mismas, para asegurar que todos los recursos estén disponibles y en condiciones adecuadas.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar el proceso completo de compras y proveedores.
- Coordinar y supervisar los servicios generales (mantenimiento, limpieza, suministros, contratos).
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la oficina y las instalaciones.
- Administrar inventarios, activos y presupuesto operativo.
- Proponer mejoras que optimicen costos, tiempos y experiencia interna.
Requisitos:
- Profesional de las áreas Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
- Dos años mínimo en labores relacionadas a las tareas del cargo y supervisión de personal
- Pensamiento Crítico / analítico
- Habilidad para negociar con proveedores y manejar múltiples frentes
- Planificación y orientación
- Orientación a la excelencia y atención al detalle sin perder la operatividad
- Mentalidad resolutiva, autónoma y orientada a resultados.
