Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Requirement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will gain extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring that they align with project goals and stakeholder expectations. The Requirement Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Requirements Gathering:

  • Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders using various elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed, actionable requirements.

  • Requirements Analysis and Prioritization:

  • Analyze and prioritize requirements, identifying dependencies, conflicts, and gaps to ensure integrity and consistency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project scope.

  • Documentation and Requirements Management:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive requirements artifacts, including requirements traceability matrix, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Ensure that all requirements are documented clearly and concisely, facilitating easy reference and understanding by all team members.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, developers, QA analysts, and other team members.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and provide updates on requirements status.

5.Facilitation of Requirements Review:

  • Lead and facilitate requirements review sessions, obtaining feedback from stakeholders to refine and validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the requirements and that any changes are communicated and documented promptly.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and other team members to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.

  • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog preparation, and daily meetings, to prioritize and track the implementation of requirements.

  • Testing and Quality Control:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to verify and validate that the requirements are met.

  • Work with QA teams to ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and quality standards.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the requirements gathering and management process.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in requirements analysis and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Requirement Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

  • Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Experience with requirements management and traceability tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development or technology-focused environments.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)).
