IT Operations Project Coordinator

We are hiring an IT Operations Project Coordinator to support the planning execution and enhancement of operational technology projects across the organization. This role works closely with IT Operations Infrastructure Network Cloud and Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments upgrades migrations and process improvements. You will be responsible for • Managing documentation schedules action items and operational workflows. • Maintaining clear communication between technical teams and leadership. • Supporting the execution and delivery of multiple IT operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate IT operational projects including upgrades deployments network changes and patch cycles with strict deadline adherence. • Maintain accurate project plans runbooks change records and operational documentation. • Facilitate collaboration across network cloud cybersecurity support and business teams. • Manage release planning maintenance windows and change management communication. • Track risks issues and escalations and drive timely resolution. • Deliver status reports dashboards and executive summaries with complete and accurate data. • Oversee inventory asset tracking vendor coordination and procurement timelines. • Support the deployment of monitoring tools process automation and service workflows. • Ensure compliance with ITIL SOX and internal service level standards. • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that increase efficiency and stability. Requirements Required Skills and Experience MUST • 2 to 3 years of IT operations experience or IT project coordination in a technical environment. • 2 to 3 years coordinating infrastructure or cloud based initiatives including servers networks virtualization storage or patch cycles. • Strong proficiency in Jira Asana Trello Monday Project Microsoft Planner or ConnectWise Manage with proven ability to maintain structured project boards timelines and dependencies. • Exceptional documentation skills including runbooks change plans stakeholder updates and post implementation reports. • Excellent written and verbal communication with expected clarity professionalism and accountability. • Ability to manage 3 to 5 simultaneous projects while maintaining documentation accuracy and organizational control under pressure. • Strong analytical judgment with ownership escalation discipline and consistent follow through to resolution. • Preferred certifications include CAPM or ITIL. Preferred Skills Considered a Strong Advantage ITIL Foundation certification or verifiable experience in service delivery and incident management. Working knowledge of AWS Azure GCP or hybrid cloud environments. Experience with monitoring dashboards log review alert systems and infrastructure performance metrics. Experience coordinating security initiatives disaster recovery tests network changes or infrastructure migrations. Professional certifications such as CAPM CompTIA Network A plus or Scrum Master are highly valued.
