Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator, based in Santo Domingo. The Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events, ensuring the foundation's mission is achieved effectively. Responsibilities include managing schedules, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining communication with volunteers, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Coordinator will need to foster collaboration within and outside the organization while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless coordination with team members, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in event planning, program coordination, and report preparation.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Dedication to fostering the growth of young talent through art and education.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required; bilingual proficiency including English is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Education, Project Management or a related field is preferred.
