Position Summary:

To strategically plan, manage, and optimize the physical layout and seating capacity of Hire Horatio's BPO sites. This role ensures maximum efficiency, a positive working environment, and effective utilization of real estate assets while supporting business growth and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

● Capacity Management: Ensure the site always has optimal seating capacity to accommodate current staffing and projected growth, minimizing idle seats and preventing overcapacity issues.

● Operational Efficiency: Design and implement seating arrangements that promote team collaboration, optimize workflow, and adhere to operational policies (e.g., security, fire safety).

● Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for seating and site layout requests, translating business requirements from Operations, HR, and IT into practical, achievable site plans.

● Asset Utilization: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory and floor plan management system (e.g., CAD, FM software) for all physical assets, seats, and spaces.

Required Skills/Abilities:

● Space Planning Software: Expert proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD) and/or Facility Management (FM) systems.

● Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret headcount forecasts, utilization rates, and real estate metrics to make data-driven planning decisions.

● BPO/Call Center Operations: Understanding of BPO site requirements, including security zones, technical infrastructure (network/power drops), and regulatory compliance for seat density.

● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple site planning projects simultaneously, from initial concept through implementation.

● Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and modeling capacity scenarios.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex seating and layout proposals to non-technical stakeholders.

● Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative approach to solving complex space constraint issues under tight deadlines.

● Attention to Detail: Meticulous precision in managing floor plans, seating charts, and asset inventories.

● Negotiation & Influence: Ability to manage conflicting priorities among different departments and influence consensus on space utilization decisions.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Site Planning, Space Planning, Facilities Management, or similar role. Proven experience specifically within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Call Center environment is highly preferred. Experience managing space for multi-site organizations or large-scale campus environments. Demonstrable track record of delivering site plans that resulted in measurable operational efficiencies or cost savings. Required: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
