Big Eye Live is a U.S.-based security and surveillance provider that protects residential and commercial properties through advanced remote-monitoring systems. As operations expand in the Dominican Republic, we are building a reliable pool of backup Security Monitoring Agents to support our 24/7 surveillance team.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who already have a full-time or part-time job and are looking to earn additional income through flexible, on-call work that does not conflict with their primary schedule.
Shift coverage may be needed for any of the following timeframes:
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Backup agents are only scheduled based on mutual availability.
Key responsibilities include monitoring live video surveillance feeds, communicating with U.S.-based clients via phone or messaging platforms, responding to suspicious activity with verbal warnings or escalation protocols, documenting incidents accurately, and managing multiple devices and monitoring tools simultaneously.
Ideal candidates are fluent in spoken and written English, comfortable using technology and multitasking, calm under pressure, and dependable. Experience in security, surveillance, call centers, or remote monitoring is a strong plus. Applicants should already be employed and interested in flexible backup work.
