Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems related to desktop computers. The role also involves assisting users with inquiries, managing tickets, and ensuring timely issue resolution to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
  • Experience in diagnosing and Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of Desktop Computers and related peripherals
  • Strong Customer Support skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a structured, on-site environment in Santo Domingo
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
