Ensures the successful execution of architectural and interior design projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and at the highest technical and aesthetic standards. Acting as the bridge between design, client, and construction, the role safeguards the creative vision while driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. ​Technical supervision and coordination – Oversee on -site execution, ensuring compliance with plans, standards, and regulations.Planning and control – Manage schedules, budgets, and resources, applying corrective actions when needed.Client relationship management – Serve as the main technical contact, maintaining clear and proactive communication.Leadership and teamwork – Lead multidisciplinary meetings, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts effectively.Operational management – Utilize project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Excel, Monograph) to track progress and report results. ​RequirementsArchitect or Civil Engineer with proven experience in project supervision and budget controlStrong knowledge of construction regulations and processesDemonstrated ability in planning, coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary teamsSkilled in decision -making and problem -solving within complex projectsProficiency in project management tools: Asana, Microsoft Project, Excel, MonographExcellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaborationResults -oriented mindset with focus on quality, efficiency, and deadlinesAdvanced level of professional EnglishPresencial work modalityImmediate availabilityWillingness to travel nationally and internationally Benefits Beneficios de Ley OTROS BENEFICIOS COMPENSATORIOS
