The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs and company CRM system
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements:

  • Professional/ Advanced English
  • Great attitude, flexible and a team player.
  • Familiarity with Networking Services
  • Proficient with handling Servers and systems for effective troubleshooting
  • Familiar with Azure Active Directory
  • Level 2 engineer / Tier 2 High understanding of resolution.
  • Good Communication skills, ability to handle escalated issues.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN routing, wireless and firewall administration.
