Engineering & Packaging Project Engineer III (Temporal)

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar proyectos de ingeniería y empaque de principio a fin, incluyendo la introducción de nuevos productos y mejoras a empaques existentes.
  • Gestionar proyectos de capital: planificación, presupuesto, aprobación, ejecución, seguimiento y reporte.
  • Administrar y dar seguimiento al sistema de monitoreo de proyectos de capital.
  • Brindar soporte a proyectos del
    Site Master Plan
    de la facilidad.
  • Participar en proyectos de adquisición, instalación y puesta en marcha de maquinaria nueva.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar el cumplimiento de alcance, costos y cronogramas.
  • Asegurar que los proyectos cumplan con los requerimientos operativos, técnicos y de calidad.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de ingeniería, empaque o capital en entornos industriales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de capital y desarrollo de empaques.
  • Conocimiento en introducción de nuevos productos (NPI) y soporte a operaciones de planta.
  • Capacidad para liderar proyectos, gestionar múltiples iniciativas y trabajar de forma organizada.
  • Habilidad para comunicarse y colaborar con equipos técnicos y operativos.
  • Inglés intermedio- avanzado.
