El Automation Specialist es responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones de automatización que mejoren la eficiencia operativa, reduzcan errores y escalen procesos tecnológicos y de negocio. Trabaja de manera transversal con distintos equipos para transformar procesos manuales en flujos automatizados y bien integrados.

Responsabilidades principales


• Analizar procesos operativos y detectar oportunidades de automatización.


• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar flujos automatizados utilizando Make, Zapier, n8n y otras herramientas.


• Configurar, administrar y optimizar automatizaciones en Monday CRM.


• Integrar sistemas y aplicaciones mediante APIs, webhooks y conectores.


• Monitorear, mantener y mejorar procesos automatizados existentes.


• Resolver incidencias técnicas y asegurar la continuidad operativa.


• Documentar flujos, procesos y estándares de automatización.


• Colaborar con equipos de IT, operaciones y negocio para asegurar una correcta adopción de las soluciones.

Requisitos técnicos


• Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Automatización, Software o áreas afines.


• Experiencia comprobable en automatización de procesos.


• Dominio de n8n para diseño y ejecución de workflows.


• Experiencia práctica con Monday CRM (automatizaciones, integraciones y gestión de datos).


• Conocimientos en APIs REST, webhooks e integraciones entre sistemas.


• Manejo de lenguajes de scripting o programación (Python, JavaScript, SQL u otros).


• Uso de sistemas de control de versiones (Git).
