Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Junior Sales professional focused on the retail software market. The role is based in Santo Domingo, with partial remote work flexibility. The Junior Sales professional will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for a product currently under development, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, supporting business development activities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with the development team to implement sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to research prospects, develop lead generation strategies, and analyze market trends
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, data tracking, and sales pipeline management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude
