Job Description:

The IT Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects. This involves coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and agendas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Detailed-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
