Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to generate sales leads and increase revenue.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to resolve customer doubts and concerns.
  • Process customer orders and file documents accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic (indispensable).
  • Orderly and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work occasional holidays and weekends.
