We are looking for a talented Multimedia Content Specialist to help us strengthen our recruitment efforts and marketing outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including social media, website, recruitment materials, and client presentations.
Responsibilities- Engage with team members, HR department, and marketing team to identify compelling stories, achievements, and trends that highlight our company's unique culture and value proposition
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage company social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that showcase our culture and achievements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation and graphic design, as well as a strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
