AtWork Human Resources is seeking a highly organized and communicative Bilingual Administrative Assistant to manage the General Manager's agenda and coordinate strategic meetings. Key responsibilities include being the primary liaison with international clients and suppliers, supporting administration of orders, billing, and logistics, writing and translating key documents, reports, and communications, and supervising administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. They will have native or advanced command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Office software is also required.
