We are looking for a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at SPI by Jostens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Salary Program Support: Participate in salary surveys, analyze labor market data, and make recommendations for job evaluations, bonus programs, and base salaries.
  2. Benefits Program Support: Maintain accurate program documentation, meet filing deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Total Rewards Program Support: Coordinate and administer recognition, wellness, and other total rewards initiatives.
  4. Communication Planning: Establish and execute communication plans to inform employees about their benefits.
  5. Problem-Solving: Resolve employee and employer issues related to benefits and compensation.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit plans and regulations.
