SPI by Jostens is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to oversee the administration of our compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.

Job Overview

This role provides administrative support for the organization's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Salary Survey Participation: Gather labor market data and make recommendations for job evaluations, bonus programs, and base salaries.
  • Benefits Program Administration: Maintain accurate program documentation, meet filing deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Recognition and Wellness Initiatives: Coordinate and administer recognition, wellness, and other total rewards initiatives.
  • Communication Planning: Establish and execute communication plans to inform employees about their benefits.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Excel Advanced knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit plans and regulations.
