Job Description

As a Sales Specialist at Ziler Solutions, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and business development. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and ensuring long-term success for both the company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless experience and high satisfaction.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they fully understand how to use our products/services.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer success.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze customer data to improve the overall customer experience and recommend adjustments when needed.
Requirements
