About the Role
We are seeking a talented Talent Development Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new employees, as well as managing the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for all new employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees.
  • Manage the induction process for new employees.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or Career.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related positions.
  • Experience in technical recruitment (IT roles).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Talent Management.
  • Diploma in Psychometry.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
