We are a rapidly growing BPO company seeking a visionary leader to oversee our Human Resources department. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company policies and fostering a positive work environment that drives employee engagement and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR tasks, including payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Create and enforce HR/company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.
- Perform onboarding for new hires and assist with recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes, identifying top talent and building a high-performing team.
- Resolve employee conflicts and take ownership of the HR department, promoting a positive work environment and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2 level verbal and written) to effectively communicate with employees, management, and clients.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO or call center environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good judgment to make informed decisions and drive results.
